Capital, Starwood Capital and Tudor Investment Corp.

Eagle Ventures provides in-house leasing services to its portfolio as well as for select third party tenants and property owners utilizing over forty years of lease negotiation and evaluation experience across tens of millions of square feet.
Capital Markets
Eagle Ventures has executed over $2.5 billion of debt and equity placement on behalf of its portfolio and for select third party property owners. From straight-forward transactions to complex capitalizations, Eagle Ventures utilizes its relationships with local, regional and national debt and equity sources to assemble the most accretive capital stack the market has to offer for each transaction.

Eagle Ventures utilizes its prior project experience to provide project management services alongside its development and redevelopment projects.
